My Very Best Wishes For Your Happy 2013

02 Jan 2013

I’d like to wish you a heartfelt Happy 2013.

The New Year is always a meaningful, almost magical, time for me.  It’s got nothing to do with Resolutions, and everything to do with happiness.  I can be quite obsessive about wishing friends and loved ones a Happy New Year.  It really matters to me to take that moment to connect, and wish them joy and magic in the New Year.

Too often, when we meet with people, we’re not fully present.  Half our mind is focused on our own fears and troubles.  Sharing wishes for a Happy New Year is all about being fully present – with others – to joy and possibility.

If you’ve ever been in an abusive relationship, you’ve lost sight of your quality of life.  I certainly did.  (I still can do, at times, but the conscious effort it takes to yank myself back to better quality feelings gets smaller, and easier, all the time.)

For me, sharing wishes for a Happy New Year has always been about acknowledging the wonderful place of possibility that there is for all of us.

I’d like to share some very specific wishes I have for you for 2013.

I wish you a year in which you start to really get what’s great about yourself in such a way that you feel comfortable with it, and it makes you smile and glow spontaneously.

I wish you a year in which you start to access and share the many gifts you bring to the World, yet undervalue horribly.

I wish you a year in which you really get to grips with believing that you are absolutely worthy of all the good things Life has to offer.

I wish you a year in which many more things feel easy and joyful than ever before.

I wish you a year of spiritual and emotional peace, a year in which you can truly forgive yourself for all the bad stuff you’ve been through.

I wish you a year in which you feel perfectly happy wishing yourself, also, all the good things you wish for other people.

I wish you a year in which more good things materialize and the bad things simply fade into insignificance.

Very warm wishes for your happiness,
